First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Gave everything 2 coats and on one part that was stain actually gave 3 coats. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. "Angel did a great job on refinishing my interior wood window frames on two large corner windows. On day one he came and stripped and put down the new stain. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood.
