1) shower valve needed replaced. 2) shower arm needed replaced. 3) toilet needed to be replaced

horribly we were overcharged $85 an hour for a job that the man could not perform first he said he didn't have the parts that he had to go and buy new parts he did not produce a receipt for these new parts that he had went and bought that took him about 45 minutes to an hour we have security cameras then after putting new parts on our sink it was still clogged he could not unclog the sink due to the fact he did not possess the tools to he said that he would have to return in about a week or so and have to unclog the drain with a longer snake the parts look used and old look as if they were some left over scraps, he left PVC pipe in the middle of my kitchen floor and he was unable to fix the problem and still charged us almost $300 I have taken pictures and put up on Google reviews I can't believe we have him all our money please don't make the same mistake ?

We returned from a trip to find two leaks. We were without hot water, but I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Nathan called prior to coming that afternoon. He very quickly diagnosed both leaks and was able to fix both fairly quickly after making a quick trip to pick up a part for the shower faucet.

Very ineffective repair and bad advice.
I paid my bill three years ago and three years later I received a bill for well over $200 which includes 3 years of finance charges.
If they didn't cash my check 3 years ago why didn't they send me a reminder 3 years ago?
I don't have records that go back that far so I am having to suck it up and pay again and hope that I haven't ended up paying the bill twice.
I am not happy with this company.
Incompetent from the plumbing service to their book-keeping department.
I recommend you go elsewhere for your pluming needs.

It went pretty good. They were timely, prompt, and got the job finished quickly.

Suspected that the sump pump did not work. Was after hours - so I knew that it would be an off-hour rate, but compared to some bigger service providers in town, this is relatively better. One other major service provider in town will talk about their rates first, and your problem later. Much better service here.
Eric came in, looked at the problem and said that the pump was not broken. He did point out that the pump seemed old and rusted, and that we had the option of replacing it if we wanted to, since he'd have to charge for the service call anyway. Seemed safe for us to do so - since we were planning to replace it soon anyway.
The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. Good overall service.

They have decent prices. The accuracy of their work is very good.

I called, they came, they fixed my problem, I thanked them, and they left....

To share where I am coming from, I worked in the past for a high-level home remodeler near New York City, My grandfather worked in the trades, had a degree in mechanical engineering and taught me how to use tools starting when I was quite young. I have done basic plumbing pipe soldering/sweating joints etc. as well as carpentry, refinishing, framing, drywall, roofing and so on. What I mean to say is that "I have a clue". I had used this firm in the past for minor plumbing projects with generally good results at home and for an educational facility in Bloomington. For this project, I can only describe their work style as "Guerilla". They made a mess, they seldom cleaned up after themselves, they left pipes unglued and hanging and their work was not as per code. The fact of it all is that The Bloomington City Plumbing Inspector had to come back twice after the initial inspection after A-1 Haney told the inspector 3 times the job was complete. 3 times the inspector came and he became angrier each time he returned. Their mistakes and code violations set this entire remodel project back 2-3 weeks. Plus the man who did the work incorrectly went on vacation so his partner had to come in and clean up the mess and we had to wait days for him to show. Then they sent me the bill 3 times instead of sending it to my contractor even after I called and told them. They had the address wrong and of course they couldnt spell my last name. I will never use them again and I'm quite sure my contractor has put the word out
