We used OCM weekly for about a month. I had several different "teams" clean for us. 1 team really impressed me & worked very well together. I asked Lety if we could schedule this team for every cleaning. Lety was pleased to accommodate my request. My "team" comes every other week - they do a fantastic job! They are willing to accomadate my changes & requests easily - they work hard & always stay within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about this company - I am a very happy customer! Highly recommend. Be sure to be specific & communicate needs/ wants etc... Lety is very eager to make sure you get exactly what you want :)

The appointment was for 12:15 p.m. and they arrived at 10:30 a.m.  There were 2 employees.  The owner said that she would be by before the service to check out the home.  She never did.  My bathroom really didn't look much different.  I could tell my large garden bathtub was cleaned, but my shower enclosure was not even touched. There were smears on the bathroom mirror.  My second bathroom had dust left all over the toilet seat and lid as if they used a dirty rag to wipe it down.  My kitchen and bathroom floors always shine after I clean them.  There was some type of residue left on them and they looked dull and felt scummy and the kitchen chairs were hard to move when trying to push them back to get up.  I don't believe they rinsed the floors at all or they may have used a dirty mop.  I was also told by the owner, Lety, that she personally checks the cleaning following completion and would leave a card with the amount to have cleaning done every other week.  This never happened, nor did I receive a phone call.  I left a nice gratuity for the cleaners and a few bottles of Evian in case they became thirsty.  I would not recommend this company to anyone needing cleaning service.  I guess they don't need my business.

My overall experience with Lety was this- the first time I met her I felt like she was trying to up sell me, I was asked to buy all the cleaning supplies myself, which is fine, but also stressed to purchase some wax cleaner which i never even saw - and that was supposed to last me for several cleanings.  The first cleaning was a 'deep cleaning' and the girls did a nice job.  Lety was very responsive to texts, etc.  
I set up for a bi-weekly cleaning which was a little high in price, my small house for $100.  By comparison I am having it cleaned now for 1/2 that price.  The girls did an ok job overall- I put quality at medium.  When the girls come, there is a lot of stuff they bring, and there are a couple of them, so I had to find a place to move my small dog, which was a pain.  
There was confusion regarding a cleaning time that caused issues for me, since I had to coordinate moving to dog and all.  I stopped using her services since they were expensive and I felt had to move my dog for his comfort.  My current service is much more mellow so the dog is fine at home, reducing hassle for me.  And less expensive.  
My feeling is there are better services in town.  I also don't understand why this is called Organic Cleaning Machine, because none of the supplies they recommend using are "organic" or "natural" - maybe organic refers to the women?

I've already referred two friends to Lety and the team. They came in a week ago and did EVERYTHING. Appliances, including countertop appliances like coffee makers, cleaned inside and out. Degreased and wiped down kitchen cabinets and baseboards, washed the windows, you name it. Price was very fair and they worked with our budget. We also called last minute and needed a crew in the same week. It was no problem for them. I'm giving them a B for timeliness because they were about 45 minutes later than we hoped, but it wasn't a huge deal. Bring them in for a one-off cleaning to see if it's worth regular service. As soon as we budget for it, we're signing up for bi-monthly cleanings.

My experience with The Organic Cleaning Machine, Inc. was good at first, but then I noticed things were not getting done that should have been. So I decided I could do it myself, for that price. We have a bathroom in the basement that we don't use regularly, but I wanted it cleaned anyway. The microwave would sometimes have crumbs in it. I called them a couple of times and the owner asked her workers to do better, but they never really did. It was very obvious stuff, not like dust under a bed or something.

The Organic Cleaning Machine, Inc are very professional, they were on time for their appointment and they brought 2 people and they did a fabulous job. They were very careful as we have a lot of breakable things. We were going through a lot at that time and they were very caring and understanding.
