"This company did a wonderful job! The owner, Mariusz, was very helpful and responsive during the process. His pricing was very reasonable. His installation team worked very hard and did a wonderful job. When I bought my condo, the prior owners installed a horribly cheap floor that was also quite ugly. Thanks to ReDesign, my place was transformed and looks brighter and incredibly homey. I smile every time I look at my new floor. And his pricing was incredibly fair. One of my other quotes was twice as expensive as the one Mariusz gave me, and that company said it would take 4 workers 3 days to complete the project (my condo is on the smaller size side, and there is no way four people could have even fit in here while working at the same time). I would definitely hire ReDesign again if/when I need additional floors replaced."

The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. We had a wood floor installed in a room that had previously been carpeted but it had panels midway up the wall around the perimeter of the room, so it wasnâ t a standard floor job. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. There are splinters in the doorway, the entire perimeter is rough and uneven, some of the planks that were newly replaced were cracked and filled with wood filler, nail holes were not filled, they used two different varnishes, there is a gap between the flooring and the cabinet, they did not varnish the floor under/behind the refrigerator, the crew damaged multiple pieces of brand-new furniture and appliances. I also discovered that the crew was drinking beer while working. My husband immediately requested that a new/different contractor be brought in to rectify the mess that HQF had made of our floors. However, we both decided to give them a second chance only if they would send a new crew of workers, ensure that the equipment was functioning properly, and refrain from rushing the job. Frank never responded."
