The other worker went onto the roof to inspect the exterior of chimney. He took pictures to show the cracks that had formed between some of the bricks. He then itemized the cost of repairs, which they could do while they were there; we didn't have to schedule another appointment. When he was done with the repairs he showed us pictures of the finished job so we could see what he had done. The workers were very professional in their appearance and manner throughout the entire process. We would recommend them to anyone with chimney issues."

"Called them to clean and inspect fireplace chimney. Frankie went up on the roof while his assistant cleaned from inside. Frankie took digital photo of crown to show me where it needed repair. Also noticed that the existing cap did not fit tightly and we have had raccoons on our roof. When he inspected the firebox he noticed a hole just above the damper, which he recommended repair because of fire hazard. The whole job took about 45 minutes."
