"They did great work and only concern was the wording in the agreement and misunderstanding as to what exactly needed to be done. The work completed was of excellent quality and they are very cordial and professional"

"Markus performed the work on the dates agreed to, on budget and took the time when it was time for payment to show me videos and photos of how he completed the work to ensure I was comfortable with the job performed. I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism and would recommend Progressive Restoration for projects both large and small."

"Beautiful work!!! I remodeled my kitchen about 10 years ago with cabinets that had a vanilla glazing on it. Unfortunately, within a few years the glazing started to chip off. The company I purchased through had folded, so I had to look for someone else to do the refinishing which only got worse over time. When I first met Joe, you could feel his energy for his work. He was able to match the color perfectly (which was a requirement of mine) and I think they look better now than the day I had them installed!!! Joe was awesome to work with and his drive for quality is very evident!! I spend a lot of time in my kitchen and can finally enjoy the beauty of it again! Wholeheartedly recommend Zillo Refinishing for any cabinet work you need done! Cannot wait to have friends over to show them off!"

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
