"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"contractor was knowledgeable, reliable and responded to all our questions. My only complaint is we can not utilize the HD camera resolution due to our WIFI capabilities even after installing an ORBI WIFI booster. This is something I would still like resolved."

"Matt did a great job installing cameras and explaining! My internet was not strong enough to bring all 3 cameras up at once. Called AT&T about an upgrade and I am not eligible! Someone suggested installing a WiFi booster! Did that today and everything is working fine! Matt was in contact with me waiting to see if I was eligible for an upgrade! Told him since installing the booster all is fine!"

"We wanted can lighting in our guest bedroom but he said he could not do it with the current attic set up. So, he installed two new track lighting systems. He recommended LED. They do look better, but I'm overall not crazy about them. It basically took the whole day to install plus I had to go out and buy the "very expensive lights". Not necessarily his fault, but still disappointing.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

- The technician arrived on time - was very personable & knowledgeable. He installed the sensors on the locations that we wanted and made sure we knew how the system worked before he left. We previously had ADT installed and had it removed the next day - this system & installation is so much better! I felt completely safe in the home alone while my husband was in the hospital for 3 weeks.
