". I'd like to reply to this Ridiculous Post here bye Patrice Hamlin. She has been our client since 2015 9 Long years during that time Patrice has had money issues as do we all and she was one of our leading customers Always calling in to move her dates around for payment, methods she pays late payment etc. Out of the kindness of my heart I tried my best to help her as we were protecting her home and family. We never raised any rates on her , she never paid for 1 service call or any replacement equipment. Sometime last fall we needed to upgrade her cell and keypad and some window sensors and 2 key fobs for free again!! She told me was closing down her acct for payment and wanted to pay with pre paid credit cards which we do not accept. I told her let me know what she wanted to do or w would need to part ways I have Never charged her accts twice it was hard enough to get paid. She then canceled I thanked her for her business for all the years. I told her i would send here a pre paid package to return our equipment we just installed. She refused texted to go F myself and said she put it the garbage F U was sent to my cell outside of that she has sent me 10 plus nasty mouth messages. I responded that she has 30 days to return the equipment she said she put in the garbage or she will be sent to collections. Once she received the collection letter my text on my phone blew up with that nasty mouth again. I did not respond again. If she was so angry and hated my company and the way i treated her WHY would she stay for 9 years?? I guess when the Free stuff stops and the hand outs end this is how she responded to me this way. . Since this post she is in collections for over $700 and a Defamation suit has started I m sorry to my clients that read this post i have learned my lesson moving forward - Marco Sarli"
