"The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. They moved all the furniture and stored it carefully in the area I designated. Their team did an excellent job and were easy to work with during the entire process. They fixed / replaced flooring where it was damaged and made new thresholds where they did not feel they could properly sand the existing ones in place. The new threshold is solid oak and even looks better than the original. The floors look amazing and brand new even though they are over 100 years old. I will be using them again in the fall to do the remaining rooms! They were great!"

He quoted me a price over the phone and was able to come to my home the next day at 7:30am. The next morning, Dana called me at 7am to tell me he was running late. I really appreciated the courtesy of the phone call since I told him he had to be done by 8:30am. Turns out he was only about 5 minutes late. He and his partner worked quickly to complete the job by 8:25am (I had another appointment at 9am). But they didn't cut any corners. They really took their time with stubborn stains. "The partners arrived on time and immediately explained what they were going to do to my floors. The owner started on his knees cleaning the grout and clean every nick and granny by hand. He was ver detailed. I would use this company and highly recommend them. They are very professional moving furniture and replacing it when the job was completed. They were very thorough and were willing to redo any of the provided work but it wasn’t necessary. I am planning to use them again for carpet cleaning.
