"My floors are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend Unique Hardwood Floors to others.  Modest showed up exactly on time to give me an estimate.  I was under a huge time crunch to get the floors done before moving in and Modest and his crew were able to get the job done quickly (a day early!) and fit me into their schedule with little advance notice.  The flooring is Brazilian cherry which is a notoriously difficult wood to work with but the end result is fantastic. Modest and his crew were prompt, courteous, and willing to work with my schedule.  Highly recommended!!"

After the technician’s cleaning, it was like new and no longer slippery. The cleaning of the tile was also excellent, leaving our bathroom to look like new. He quoted me a price over the phone and was able to come to my home the next day at 7:30am. The next morning, Dana called me at 7am to tell me he was running late. I really appreciated the courtesy of the phone call since I told him he had to be done by 8:30am. Turns out he was only about 5 minutes late. He and his partner worked quickly to complete the job by 8:25am (I had another appointment at 9am). But they didn't cut any corners. They really took their time with stubborn stains.
