"My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again."

"The body was found during a police wellness check. CSI was called by the local police department to transport the body. Once that was done, the floorboards of the room where the deceased was located needed to be removed and a bio-hazard barrier applied to the room. All of the clothing, bedding, towels, mattresses, cloth-covered furniture, window treatments, etc. had to be removed from the entire house. Walls and remaining furniture had to be sanitized. Floorboards were replaced and new carpeting installed. The only reason I didn't give them an A on Punctuality is because the work took longer than I expected. Warning to make sure everything you want to keep is on their written list. I "lost" things I thought were on the list, but with the chaos of the death, etc. they never got onto the list."

"My Aunt passed away and her apartment needed to be cleared out. It wasn’t the cleanest since she hadn’t lived there in awhile. Rodents and bugs didn’t stop Jason’s Company, didn’t hesitate to take on the job! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, back porch an extension room and all rooms were furnished! Between Jason and two of his employees the completed the job within 3 hours, two trips to the landfill! He gave my family the closure we needed when other Company wouldn’t take the job on.
