Their team did an excellent job and were easy to work with during the entire process. They fixed / replaced flooring where it was damaged and made new thresholds where they did not feel they could properly sand the existing ones in place. The new threshold is solid oak and even looks better than the original. The floors look amazing and brand new even though they are over 100 years old. I really appreciated the courtesy of the phone call since I told him he had to be done by 8:30am. Turns out he was only about 5 minutes late. He and his partner worked quickly to complete the job by 8:25am (I had another appointment at 9am). But they didn't cut any corners. They really took their time with stubborn stains.
