They are prompt. You can call them and have them out in a couple of days. The guys they have always sent out are kind and courteous. They only bad thing they always try to sell you something when they come out. They are really good for bug control.

I was having trouble with the TV and they did come out. The problem with cable is that you need two remote controls and a cable box. I do not like messing with that. They are not real helpful in making accommodations so I can have one remote.
