The guys arrived and got right to work. They even did some work when they came to give an estimate.

They recommended I caulk around the skylights and chimney until We're ready to replace the roof in 5 years. They gave me two free tubes of caulk!! Obviously great service. They even told me they don't have the equipment to handle my roof because of location and recommended other contractors. They were very helpful.

Action Roofing explained issue with plastic vents (cracking & allowing rain to roof, under shingles & stain my ceilings) showed up as scheduled and completed work. No new leaks!

They came out and gave us an estimate quickly which included honestly telling us we didn't need a new roof but that asked if we knew there were holes from tree branches that had fallen during a storm. They were responsive and easy to work with.

Excellent.  They arrived early with several guys and completed the roof by noon.  Cleaned up and hauled away the mess.  We were very satisfied and pleased with their professionalism.

This was a rental property and the installer, Jeremy, arrived around 8 am on Saturday morning.  Because I live about an hour and a half away, he called me when he was about half done with it.  When I got there he showed me what he had done, the sealer he used, (a better grade) and the method of accessing the roof.  The roof looked so much better than before and hopefully I can get a reduction on my insurance cost due to the repairs.  Jeremy was polite and informative and I would certainly do business with this company again.  I, also, asked Jeremy to give me an estimate to replace the roof in a couple years, so he took measurements and today, 2 days after the Saturday job, the business owner, Curtis, called me with an estimate.  It was such a relief to find a company that returns calls promptly, has a knowledgeable installer and are very professional when dealing with a client.

Went very very well. They were there on time. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job. Took a morning to do and when done you wouldn't know anything was done except there was a new roof up there. They were a excellent to work with. Cost came in as quoted.

Working with Action Roofing was an excellent experience.  The house lost some fascia, siding and shingles in the severe storm system that rolled through Central Illinois on November 17, 2013.  I contacted several roofing companies for estimates and Action Roofing was the only one who returned my call.  It was a small job but they came out promptly to assess the damage and provide a free estimate.  The actual repairs were not done until late December or early January, but to be fair, I delayed in getting back to them due to something else that needed priority attention, and this was a brutal, cold, snowy winter right from the start.  The repairs needed were minor and I was not concerned about waiting a while to get them done, and figured it would be spring before they could be at the house.  However, as soon as there was a break in the severe cold and snow, Rodney called and said they could be at the house doing the repairs that same afternoon if I wanted.  Rodney and another gentleman met me at the house briefly and they even took an old, twisted piece of fascia that had landed in my yard from an unknown location, so I would not have to worry about how to dispose of it myself.  They were very professional, prompt, and friendly, and the repairs were done quickly and satisfactorily.  The cost seemed reasonable to me.  I do not recall the exact date the repairs were done (I'm going by the date the check was written) but realized I had not left a review and wanted to fix that.  I'd definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to call them again for future roof repairs.
