I called to have a hose bib replaced on my house. Axis Plumbing was there the next business day. Patty with customer service is great. I'm scheduling to have them install my kitchen faucet next.

Due to our home warranty, we were saddled with this company. They have come out to fix the same issue twice now and it was never fixed accurately. I came home yesterday and the same hose they claimed to have *fixed* had leaked enough to drip to my first floor causing water damage. When I called to report the issue, the woman was very rude and put off that I would call in with a complaint. She asked why I did not check the work of the technician to make sure it was done correctly. Well, seeing as how I am not a certified plumber, how am I to know the ins and outs of what he did? She then told me, *clearly, you know nothing about plumbing*. Instead of offering to send someone out to fix their mistake, she said *what do you expect us to do?*. A legitimate company would apologize and send someone immediately. Instead, she continued to put the solution back on me. That $60 co-pay through my home warranty will now cost me thousands to repair in water damage. Steer clear of this company!

They were a hour late and said they didn't know what time they were suppose to be there..really!! They started fixing the faucet right away and I told them I needed an estimate first. The price was in my range and I was desperate, so I gave them the work. Might rehire, not sure.

They were extremely fast in responding and making and keeping an appointment. At first, they were just going to come out and do the job without discussion of a price. Upon getting a second estimate, They agreed to give me an estimate and their price was lower.
