The Kinnucan Company was founded in 1970 to serve tree care needs of select North Shore clientele. Arboriculture is the most demanding specialty in the green industry, and Kinnucan quickly emerged as the area's unsurpassed authority. "Do they have arborists? Yes. Does the pruning crew cleanup all the debris? No. I hired Kinnucan to perform three services: Organic Deep Root Feeding; Merit Basal Drench; and Dormant Pruning. The first two services: pretty good. The pruning? Not so much. And that's because the cleanup was...shoddy. I spent over an hour picking up branches and twigs from both my front yard and my neighbor's front yard. Then I looked at the backyard, roof of my garage and roof of my side shed: debris everywhere. And while they were still here, I looked out of my bedroom window and saw them using one of their metal pruning tools to scrape debris off the metal roof of my gazebo; metal on metal. So now I have a cleanup project that I thought would have been included in the price of the pruning. Guess not. Oh, and the arborist who originally came by for a consultation and who recommended the services, stopped by after I mentioned all of this to him. He didn't let me know he was stopping by; rather, he showed-up on my security cameras. Never said a word to me about anything. That's my experience with Kinnucan Tree Experts & Landscape Company."

If customers are not satisfied with their product, they can return the product within 30 days of receipt and before December 25. The product should be returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging with no writing on the outside of the box. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. A credit will be issued to the customer upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.

"I ordered a tree on sale for $649 last January. When it arrived I tested it and found that the top section (section #5 ) did not light. They said they would send a new top section. After many calls it arrived in October. I tested the tree again and found section #2 did not light. They agreed to send a replacement tree. Upon receipt of this replacement tree I found assorted branches that didnt light and half of section #2. I "cannibalized" tree #1 to complete #2 except for half of section #2. This resulted in tree #2 being lit except for half of its section #2. I emailed the co. and wanted to return both trees and get a credit on my credit card. I no longer called because the wait times were awful; one time I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to a rep. I said I have a "new" $649 tree that doesnt light completely and I have been working on this for too long. Where is their quality control? They indicated the policy was the tree had to be returned within 30 days to get a refund; how would that be possible?! Especially a tree bought on sale. They emailed me a troubleshooting list of approx. 8 things to do to see if I could fix the problem. I told them this was not in my or my husband;s "wheelhouse" and I was not going to hire a handyman at $40 an hour to see IF he could find the problem. I'm sorry I ordered from this company and hope to prevent anyone else having from the same frustrating experience."
