He was very punctual and got out here quickly. He was very prompt and very thorough and gave us a very complete report. I was very pleased with him. We thought that a couple of the trees needed to be taken down and he told us that we didn't have to take down any. The guy clearly knew what he was talking about. He was very pleasant to deal with. He was very friendly and very nice to work with. He got us a write-up of his appraisal very quickly and it was extremely thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend him. Thanks to the written report he sent after the consultation I now have a checklist of remedies specific to my own yard, not generic "potential" issue from a garden book or Web site.
