Once I determined that the problem was not structural, but caused by poor drainage from my gutters along with natural settling, I called landscaping services to help.
B&C Pavers was recommended to me by one of the landscapers because of their masonry expertise.
Art (Arturo) came out and recommended some solutions to correct the problem.
I could tell right away he was a craftsman that took pride in his work. He explained that there was a right way to do the job and
anything else would just be a ?cheap fix? and he didn?t want to get involved in that type of project because I would be unhappy in the long run.
2 days later I had a proposal with an itemized pricing structure.
Art and his assistant came out when they said they would and delivered above my expectations. They took great care in what they did and I was surprised how much work was actually involved in the project.
I even increased the scope during the project and the additional services were more than fairly priced.
Art was a pleasure to do business with and I was very happy I hired B&C Pavers to do this work.
I have since asked Art to help me with some additional landscaping work since he has experience in many related landscaping trades.
