"Lloyd and James (who did the work) are amazing! We had a pipe burst resulting in having to shut off our water. We called around to see if we could get a plumber or general contractor out to fix it but they were only interested if it was going to be a complete remodel/rehab. One even hung up on me in mid sentence. Lloyd took my call and displayed not only compassion for our situation but a sense of urgency. He explained his basic pricing up front and told us that he would try to get someone out to us in the next hour or so. In less than an hour or so James appeared and introduced himself. After showing him the area of the damage and explaining what happened he was not only able to hone in on where the problem pipe was in the wall, but also why it happened. He gave me different options on how he could handle the pipe repair and why each had its merits. He quickly repaired the burst pipe and got us water pretty quick. Professional, courteous, and capable of explaining trades talk to a novice. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely call on them in the future. Being handy is what I love to do. I love helping people complete projects that have been placed on the back burner for a long time. I first like to meet with clients and talk through the project. I will then email an estimate of the project to you to overlook with no pressure. Then as work begins I will email the invoices to you. Those are to be paid upon arrival. I will ask for 40% up front for material. But all of this can be worked out to best fit your needs I will be doing 99% of the work myself. I do have licensed plumbers that will be available if you have plumbing jobs that need done. I do have a full time job. So most of my work is performed after I am off work and on the weekends. I have been known to take time off work to work on clients projects.
