When I discovered the ILLEGAL venting system I offered to bring it up to code at a discount price for you. But you don't want it fixed. You want someone to make your ILLEGAL venting to work. Don't worry because the City Inspector will explain it all to you, and then you'll be forced to bring your system up to code including the illegal sink in the basement."
