They are here every 6 months. I have been using them for 20 years now I think.

I pay a flat fee of about $400 per year it's called Platinum Service, and that covers both servicing both spring and fall and covers any filter changes and gives me repair credit up to about $400 a year if I need anything repaired.

They come and do preventative maintenance. That is what I had them for. They could have done something. They left the gas on the floor but they put something on it. I wish they would have tidied differently. But other than that they are a good company I don't have any complaints.

FANTASTIC. Doug was extremely (and I mean this) helpful and explained everything to me as I like to know what is being done to equipment at my home. Slight problem with the air conditioner and Doug did not hurry to diagnose any unnecessary equipment or supplies. Looked like a condenser problem - but because Doug had experience with Carrier equipment he took action to "wait" - and this worked. He went to a neighbors while leaving pressure gauges on my air conditioner - when he returned - all went much better and it equalized. WHEW - so thankful to have an experienced and knowledgable service technician. THANK YOU DOUG !!! He also installed a new household wall thermostat controller that I had purchased and added freon to my unit.

Fine. Only down side is price of filter--$99. Can't find in any stores

Ace was prompt and was very proficient and quick with the furnace clean and check.

The service has always been excellent. The servicemen are always prompt and get right to the heart of the problem. They are professional and skilled. My problems are resolved quickly, so I never feel like it's going to be an all day affair. I can get in with my day.

I was happy to get our A/C back up and running less than 24 hours after it went out.

Very well! Ace was there on time as always, serviced the unit, and he was done. No mess at all left behind, as usual. Amazing Air has been servicing my house for probably over 20 years now, and there has never been any issues with their products or service. The staff is kind, courteous, helpful and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was done promptly! Came within an hour of calling, everything was done quickly. Very professional.

The tech was on time (a few minutes early) and went straight to work and finished the job efficiently with no issues or concerns. A great job overall.
