"Utterly useless company. The owner John is very rude and does not care for Customers. Just behind cash. This company came along my way (unfortunately) through Home Warranty. The Technician did not show up on the appointment day. When I called later to check on this, I was told by John that we never had an appointment. When I sent the appointment confirmation notice from the Home Warranty company, John told me the "scheduling team" messed up. Very convenient. Finally, when the appointment was set for the following week, the Technician did not evaluate the issue properly. And further, they wanted to charge me additional $250 out of pocket for "modification" work which was not covered by the Warranty. When I called the Warranty company and escalated this, I was later told that the Maintenance company tried to reach me to explain the issue. WRONG! no one from Property Maintenance even texted me, forget calling me. I then read the online reviews and figured this Company and it's owner John are SCAM artists. I did not get the issue resolved through them. I just hired a handyman who not only fixed the issue but also told me no modifications were needed. And all this for half the price ! STAY AWAY ! JOHN and PRIMARY MAINTENANCE are SCAMSTERS !"

The owner, Dan, educated us about the product and what we needed to update on our 30-plus-year-old roof by pointing out nearby examples. The crew was prompt, quick, efficient, courteous and did a great job. We knew some of the decking needed replacing and that was included, but they found sound adjacent pieces that needed replacing and just went ahead and did it. Cittrix staff stopped by the job more than once to check on things. It started to rain at one point and we thought that would slow down the job, but they were done, cleaned up and gone by mid-afternoon. Our roof is beautiful, and the price is about what we were quoted on the job several years ago when we ended up not doing the job. We are EXTREMELY pleased."
