"Joe took a step by step approach. Find the problem, see if it can be fixed without going into the more expensive solution, which was to dig up the pipe outside. Joe used his heavy duty power rod equipment and locate equipment to find the source of the problem. The rod equipment stopped in the main pipe. Joe continued to use his rod equipment to see if it was a blockage or a broken pipe inside or outside of the home. The locate equipment Joe used had the pipe problem in the basement cement floor of the bathroom. Joe again used the rod equipment to continue to try and get through the pipe. Thankfully, his persistence and step by step approach worked! Turned out, the pipe was blocked. He cleared the blockage, ran the water to be sure the main pipe was cleared and the water drained. He also capped off an open drain that was no longer used on the main pipe. I now can use my laundry sink and the floor drains are operational. If Joe was unable to clear the pipe, it would have been a much more expensive and labor intensive solution (busting up the bathroom cement floor to get to the pipe). Joe explained every step of the plumbing work and has experience in older homes. I truly appreciated Joe's step by step approach, honesty and professionalism.
