Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. Technician refused to perform service stating that my unit was too old and pushed to sell me a new unit. Mine is eight years old and still has two years on the warranty. To retain my Trane HVAC system warranty I need to have it inspected each spring and fall. Twice this spring, Precision has scheduled this and no one came. One time ?someone accidentally canceled the appointment ? and again today I was taken off of the schedule because ?we just don?t have the manpower ? . Neither time was I notified. They are putting the system warranty in jeapardy. These inspections were prepaid by me last year."
