The third party lab utilized by them had easy to understand numbers, graphs, and descriptions of what was tested. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue.
