"System itself is good but there were some issues with the install. The technician drilled through the exterior wall into my bedroom and damaged the trim. They also destroyed several of my wife’s plants in the garden and didn’t tell us it was going to be an issue. We could have moved the plants before installation if told."

He was very thorough and walked me through the whole inspection (which took a little over 2 hours) and answered every single questions I had and gave me some suggestions as well. Daveâ  s son, Jordan, and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly, honest, and informative in going over their â  game planâ  for our installation system. Our radon level went from 8.9 pre-mitigation, to .4 post-mitigation when we had the test done one week later. Jordan informed us about what he was doing during the installation. We have already referred Gardner Environmental Services to family and friends who also need radon mitigation systems."
