Their services were good. They didn't go above and beyond, but we were happy with their service. They just kind of inspect the house and then gave us a report. He had a good knowledge. He was here on time.

Inspection went very well. Very thorough. It more than paid for itself. House Doctors's is licensed by the State to do home inspections, and licensed to actually educate and train other home inspectors. They seem like they want to work for YOU not the realtor.

Chuck was recommended to me by my realtor. He showed up late, but said that was due to an accident and resulting traffic. That is not surprising on a Friday afternoon. He thoroughly inspected my house, was very patient about answering questions and was not shy about telling me his honest opinion about the house's strengths and weaknesses. The report he submitted was neatly prepared and easy to read and included several digital photos. He identified several electrical issues that we would never have known about otherwise and encouraged us to get additional professional advice. We did and the sellers are fixing for us. When I had a follow up question for him, he responded promptly via email. He also encouraged me to contact him if we saw any issues at final walkthrough.

Chuck Walton, of The Housedoctors, actually did two home inspections for us. The first inspection uncovered several problems resulting in termination of the real estate contract (money well spent). We subsequently found another property and hired The Housedoctors to perform an inspection on this home as well. Chuck is very thorough, knowledgeable, informative and makes the inspection process enjoyable. He submitted a detailed and comprehensive report complete with photos the following day via email. The proof that we were very satisfied with The Housedoctors is that we hired them twice and would do so again.

Scheduling was easy, and the staff were always quick to respond when I needed to contact them if I had to leave a message, I received a call back in 15 minutes or less. The inspection was done by Chuck, who was willing to work with me to stay within my budget. He spoke honestly about what he saw, and gave reliable advice. He turned around a slick report which detailed every issue and the implications. I will definitely use this service in the future.
