"Dawn was professional and extremely nice. She arrived at our home on time and returned 2 days later to read the test results. She immediately forwarded these results to us for our records. I highly recommend Radon Tec."

"Mat is the inspector realtors hate... tongue-in-cheek. He is extremely knowledgeable, has great attention to detail, and is very honest. If there is something wrong with the property, you better believe he's going to find it. He takes the time and does a thorough job. I highly recommend him!"

"Dave Gardner set us up with an appointment in only two days for installation of a radon mitigation system. Daveâ  s son, Jordan, and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly, honest, and informative in going over their â  game planâ  for our installation system. Our radon level went from 8.9 pre-mitigation, to .4 post-mitigation when we had the test done one week later. Jordan informed us about what he was doing during the installation. We have already referred Gardner Environmental Services to family and friends who also need radon mitigation systems."

"This company is great to work with. They did some mold testing on parents’ home and did excellent work. They also did some work on my home. They replaced a water heater and bathroom fans. He was easy to get a hold of, personable and come over right away."

"They came to do the repair but I never got a good feeling about it.  They charged a lot for one crack."

"Jose Rodriguez was prompt, professional, and fast with results. He was there when he said he would, went there the next day after I called, and provided the results on time. As a real estate professional I know I'll need the services again and I know that he is the person I will be calling. Thank you!"

"Inspection went very well. Very thorough. It more than paid for itself. House Doctors's is licensed by the State to do home inspections, and licensed to actually educate and train other home inspectors. They seem like they want to work for YOU not the realtor."

"Technician explained everything about Radon in terms we could totally understand. He was patient, polite, totally knowledgeable and professional."
