System itself is good but there were some issues with the install. The technician drilled through the exterior wall into my bedroom and damaged the trim. They also destroyed several of my wife’s plants in the garden and didn’t tell us it was going to be an issue. We could have moved the plants before installation if told.

They came in and quoted a set price and even though it took them longer to complete the job properly, they did not charge more. They came when they said and were very professional. I felt confident in the work they were doing and cleaned up afterward. Most importantly, is within a day our radon level went from 12.0 to .32, almost non-existent. Extremely happy with the results and would recommend them highly. Steve, Eric and Larry answered any questions we had and I am speaking with my neighbors to see if they have a radon issue in their houses.

Provided a thorough quote. Told me how to get levels below 4.0 as well as 2.7 which is recommended by world health. Ended up going with 2 points of suction. One in basement floor and the other under the garage floor. 2 techs were sent and the job took about 5 hours. They sealed floors and put a new cover on my sump. Tried to keep the area clean as possible. I swept and mopped after to collect any leftover shavings. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was them walking around the house with shoes on, but I understand as they’re drilling and climbing ladders outside. Would’ve been nice if they removed shoes before using my restroom. Both techs were very nice to deal with and took the time at the end of the job to explain everything in detail.

This company was the only one I contacted that came out to the house for a free, personalized estimate. The technician presented three options for installation, along with pros and cons for each. The finished product looks inconspicuous and works well. They were also very friendly and respectful of the house, laying down rugs from the entrance of the house to the basement and cleaning up any mess that was made. Good work!
