"Wanted a whole house humidifier installed in my 1,100 square foot townhouse.  Not much space to work with and was not sure if one would fit.  Found Black Diamond on Angie's List and was able to set up an appointment promptly.  Phone staff was courteous and professional.  Had technician come out to view the furnace and verify install could be done.  There was no charge for the inspection.  Technician verified humidifier could be installed and explained the process and said he could install that day and I gave the go ahead.  Install went smoothly with no issues.  Technician explained how to use the humidifier.  Humidifier is running great and my house finally has humidity.  Would recommend Black Diamonds services as I was pleased with the install.  Company was prompt and professional through out the whole process.

"I left an email on Monday night and didn't get a response so I called the next day just in case my email didn't get through. I talked to John and he was great. Gave me an estimate over the phone and was out the next day, which was huge for me since I was leaving for vacation that evening after work and had somebody house sitting. John showed up within his scheduled time slot and did the job as he said he would do and even worked around my Corvette that my wife was afraid to move. The only reason I didn't give them an A for quality is that I think the springs that were on the door before were more heavy duty and the door doesn't seem to go up as fast as it did, and I should have requested a heavier spring. I will recommend them as well as call them in the future if I have any garage door needs.
