"In April 14 I contacted Nyberg va E mail and Andy responded in a couple of hours and an appointment was arranged for him to view the project. He arrived promptly, took initial measurements, and provided an E mail bid within 48 hours.  Shortly I accepted the bid (mid range of 3) , and scheduled the final measurement for the windows. Master carpenter arrived on time, made measurements and the windows were ordered.  They were delivered upon my request in late July and after I'd completed painting and staining in late September, I contacted Andy to schedule the installation. Crew of 3 arrived on-time, covered all furniture & outdoor plantings with plastic, and "work-proofed" the job site. A complete woodworking shop was set up in the garage and the installation was completed by day's end. The windows were tightly caulked, and all the interior/exterior trim was expertly installed. The job site was thoroughly cleaned inside and out-couldn't tell they had even been here. Shortly after they left, the curtains were hung, the furniture replaced. Guests the next evening were unaware a major project had been completed. The installation crew was courteous and appeared to be very skillful carpenters. 
 I found Andy to be very easy to work with. He met all deadlines and expectations and patiently waited for me to complete my painting.  If I had any more windows to replace, I'd have him return. Good experience.

"Rich was very thorough during the sales pitch and was always available and easy to reach once the project started. Theresa in their office was also great and called several times to make sure we knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. The demo crew was fast and only left a couple little pieces of debris behind. The concrete crew also did a good job, though during the concrete removal they dinged my neighbor's garage and damaged some siding. They apologized and said the carpenter would fix the siding when they built our garage. The garage construction crew did a careful job, and it was remarkable how fast they worked. And they did fix my neighbor's siding which now looks just like it did before the damage. (I don't even think my neighbor noticed.) The aluminum crew did a really amazing job on the trim and gutters--no dents! Then the electrician finished everything off and managed to dig a trench across the yard without damaging any of the garden plants along the route. He also installed the exterior light we purchased (I would recommend purchasing your own fixture rather than using the $5 stock fixture they provide--I think Rich recommended that as well during the sales process). The whole process took about 7 weeks from the initial sales contact and the final garage done. It took longer than usual to start up because of all the rain we had this spring. Once they got going, from demo to final build took two weeks, again because we had to wait a couple days here and there due to the rain. Several neighbors came by after construction when we were checking it out and asked about who built it and how much it cost. I'm hoping to see some more Regency garages along the alley."
