Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "After at least 5 estimates, RC brothers while not the least expensive, instilled a great sense of confidence in me that they were knowledgeable and most of all, great with customer service and communication. The work was done as promised, within the time frame they estimated and any questions handled easily via Text or phone call. Both Claudiu and his brother Ruben were great to work with as well as their sub contractors for tile and plumbing. In addition to skill level, peace of mind for me was paramount. Highly recommend."

"Ed and his team did a superb job on our Kitchen. It was a big job. The kitchen had not been touched for over thirty years. We had a wall removed and we closed an outside entrance in order to have a larger and longer dining/kitchen area. The contractor team lead was Danny, and his team members (Rosendo, Kevin, Juan and Pablo) were absolutely the-best-crew. They were prompt everyday and kept me informed on a daily basis of their progress. If for some reason they would be late or needed to leave early Danny would tell me ahead of time. Danny would also tell who on his team would be there. They worked very hard and the quality of their workmanship is top notch. Their attention to detail in every task they performed has produced a lovely remodeled Kitchen and dining area. We LOVE IT. Everyone who sees it also LOVES IT. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Ed and Mastercraft and Design and I would recommend them in a heart beat, and have to everyone I talk too. If you are planning a job hire them, don't even bother to get other quotes. They are that good. They did everything from demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint and trim. They installed all the lighting and appliances. The only thing they didn't install were the countertops, but those are beautiful too. They are definitely a one-stop-shop. I rarely comment on line, but their work product so pleased us it was the very least we could do. Again: hire them, they are that good."

Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. "John has been nothing but professional from day one!! I request a quote on a Friday evening through both their website and Home Advisor and John called Saturday to set up a time to come look at the roof and give us a quote. We set the date of the job and they arrived that morning and wasted no time in getting started. John was on the job site, and even climbed up on the roof to assist his crew. They were very thorough in not only the job, but the clean up after. They ensured all nails and excess materials were removed. Top notch job and would definitely recommend them to anyone getting a roof either repaired or replaced!!"
