"Two problems: one, a leaky toilet. The toilet is very old. One prior plumber refused to work on it, said it was too old to fix. Dynamic had it fixed in about 45 minutes. The second problem is ongoing. I have a drain problem in a basement floor drain that takes water from a washer via a sink. They rodded in every direction but it still drains slow. The plumber stuck with the job for five hours trying to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to do some major repairs (jackhammer the concrete floor and replace the pipes).
