- Compass Electric LLCOur home has a claustrophobic crawl space, tiny attic, decades of nonsensical remodels from DIYers, and pests. It's a nightmare for contractors who want to nudge our house towards being up to code. Jamie and Ashley did an incredible job despite all that, with good looking wire pulls that required very little cutting into walls and new breakers. The pulls were incredibly difficult, requiring some wires to be pulled through the tight attic, through the low crawlspace, and sometimes both. One particular pull was inaccessible except through the attic first to get the wire to the kitchen and then the crawlspace to get it to the particular corner of the kitchen we needed. They adapted to surprise challenges and requests we forgot to include with our original bid and were also able to fix some huge annoyances while they were at it. For example, there's a 20 amp breaker in our home that 1/2 of the ground floor is on, they were able to break off our new outlets into their own breakers to carry the load of new appliances. It was a real problem since our fridge, wifi, lights, microwave, and a ton of other outlets were on the same breaker before. As these surprises popped up, Jamie let me know it would increase the total invoice and asked if it was okay before proceeding. Compass will be my first choice the next time I need some electrical work done on my (difficult) home

It's the busiest time of year, and she was able to get us in in a pinch, and the technicians that performed the assessment/evaluation were professional. - PETRUZZELLI ELECTRIC LLCIt went very well. They notified me the day before to let me know my freezers and fridge would be of no concern as power would not be off too long. Also, I loved the bid because it spelled everything out. Exactly what panels and surge arrestor I would be getting. The Electricians labeled the panels and cleaned up before they left. They even vacuumed up the dust and dirt from cutting the sheetrock! The metal conduit from the power company was very rigid and they had not anticipated that as they would of had to tear into the wall before they were hired to know that. They rolled with it and got the job done with what appeared to be great ease. Very professional. I would definitely hire them again! I even enjoyed talking to Susan who did a fine job in coordinating the job and keeping me in the loop. The Inspector came out today and said Petruzzelli's did a and quot;Bang Upand quot; job
- GIETZEN ELECTRIC INCHad a resident experiencing electric problems and presumed the outlet had shorted out. Even though it was a weekend and after hours Doug from Gietzen was more than willing to go above and beyond with a smile! Ran all the tests necessary to locate the problem which wasn't in the outlet it was in the appliance. As ALWAYS the customer service is stellar and everything was taken care of
- Grizzly Peak EnterprisesCame home from trip and discovered kitchen and other lights would not work. Breaker still open. Called and made appointment. they arrived on time, diagnosed problem (failed breaker) and repaired within one hour.

"It went very well. Ed was very prompt and responded to my call within an hour. His work was excellent. He informed me that for safety's sake I should have a GFI in the kitchen area (actually he checked the circuit and determined that I needed two to comply with code). He replaced the switches and outlets that I needed, installed everything (with many trips up and downstairs to the electrical box to determine what was on which circuit). He was very professional and friendly and good-natured while he worked. I will definitely hire him again.
