Roy was very professional and helpful in separating the electrical damaged from a fire to get the rest of the home reserviced with power. Understanding the importance of getting the work done quickly, he made time in his busy schedule to get a professional job done, no corners cut. Will definitely use his services again when the damaged portion is repaired.

I wasnâ t quite sure how best to approach my project and I found Roy to be highly knowledgeable, competent and helpful. I'm not writing a poor review and giving a low star rating due to work quality. The wiring is very neat and orderly, everything looks great. The problem was getting anything done in the first place. When a tradesman takes a job, it entails getting the job done in a timely manner. A work ethic of not showing up until 10 or later in the morning and then leaving early, or not even showing up at all on a fairly regular basis, just doesn't cut it. It shouldn't take weeks to get half the job done on a house wiring install! If you're not on a schedule, then Glacier Bay does quality work, it'll just take a while. If you're on a schedule, expect to be angry and frustrated constantly with the lack of progress.

"Unfortunately the reviewer's project was approx. 2 months behind schedule when we were called to complete our portion of the work. The 2 month delay pushed this project into our busiest time of the year and on top of other projects that had already been scheduled months before and were on time. We had a choice to make. We would either break our commitment to our other customers whos projects were on schedule or keep our word to them and try to help the reviewer's project when we could, the best we could. What the reviewer saw as us showing up late was in actuality us pulling off other customers projects so that we could get to his job and complete specific items that would allow his other contractors to do their work. When he saw us leaving early it was so that we could get back to the jobs that we had to pull off of in order to help keep his project moving. We do appreciate that the reviewer acknowledges our quality of work and the high value for the money. We understand the frustration that the reviewer has expressed. We sincerely wish him the best."
