I purchased the brand in 2022 and assembled a solid team of installers and we have not skipped a beat. We even have Brad out working with which is a real treat! We respond quickly, we are courteous and most of all we strive to treat you how we would like to be treated. Levi came over and walked through the LBC process and materials and warranty. Six weeks later, we commenced with the project! With a larger roof and an added outbuilding, the job took 4 days. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and worked full days. The cleanup was awesome. We are impressed with the company that Levi and Ryan have built, and their experienced crew, and can highly recommend them."

"First of all, I'm not up the roof and didn't see what they did. The salesman missed the fact that they needed a copper screw and it took them another month to get the copper screw. They did the installation 3 times. I asked if they should subcontract the leaf filter but they just ignored my suggestion. They left behind the 5 feet long gutter guard on my roof that might cause accident. The guy on the front is like a roller coaster, you can see them and then suddenly they're gone. The guys that did the front leaf filter gave me his card and told me that if there's any problem I can call him directly. I live in Canada and they gave me a phone number to call and it's a customer service from the US. I haven't heard from the Edmonton people for a month now since I called them. I'm not impressed. I shouldn't chase down people like this. It would have been a bad reference if I referred them to my neighbors."
