They replace the glass without taking the whole unit apart, they offer me 5 years warranty and the service was excellent.

Jose returned my call fairly quickly after I left a message. He scheduled a visit later that afternoon. (Two other firms that I called were not interested in my business, they said to call the window manufacturer.) Jose came to the house, assessed the situation, made some recomendations and we made a deal! As he was leaving I showed him a cracked mirror that we had, he was able to fix that for us , also. Jose is a wonderful businessman and person.
