"It seemed to take a little longer than expected to have the work completed. It is a very busy time of the year and there are many roofing repair jobs going on due to the harsh winter that we had. John is thorough at taking care of issues if they arise. Heather has been great with getting information processed to help the insurance reimbursement process along.
