He made sure that we were never without water in the evening. - Made improvements in our plumbing to avoid future issues. -Took the lead in securing reasonably priced, and quality contractors to repair holes in our walls and to dig a trench for the new service line. This was especially helpful because good contractors were hard to find during the building. -Worked directly with water company technicians to insure the functionality of the finished system. -Carefully preserved and replaced sod during the installation of the new service line so that restoration of our lawn was immediate. -Taught me how to correct leaks in our toilets. -Always responded promptly.
