The owner, Bob, also came by after the contract was signed to check over the project and gave good advice. Because this was a health need, the company graciously worked to get the project done quickly. The contract was signed on 8/14 and the conversion was done on 9/4-9/5. The installer, Clay, and the plumber, Jake, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the start date and were efficient, considerate of cleanliness and very competent. They worked hard to meet all our needs and to get the project done quickly and professionally. Their work is not cheap, but you definitely get what you paid for.
