Crazy expensive for how little time it takes them to do it.

We had a tub to walk in shower conversion. Our experience with Apple Plumbing/Bath Planet was great. The estimator - Jon, was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and gave good advice. He allowed us time to consider and was available for questions. The owner, Bob, also came by after the contract was signed to check over the project and gave good advice. Because this was a health need, the company graciously worked to get the project done quickly. The contract was signed on 8/14 and the conversion was done on 9/4-9/5. The installer, Clay, and the plumber, Jake, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the start date and were efficient, considerate of cleanliness and very competent. They worked hard to meet all our needs and to get the project done quickly and professionally. Their work is not cheap, but you definitely get what you paid for. We are confident that the follow-up and willingness to satisfy will continue if we have any questions or concerns. We would also mention that the office staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this business to our friends.

The plumber that was dispatched for an estimate of the requested work was very knowledgeable and professional in his conduct. We needed to upgrade to a larger capacity water heater and the product they recommended is one we have in a home in Alaska and has performed very well. The bid for the work was accepted, job scheduled, and was completed in a very timely manner. Jake was very efficient and thorough with his work. I was very pleased with the service and work and have identified Apple Plumbing as our preferred provider for this service, should the need arise. Quick professional and best bang for the plug..... or buck. Jake took about 15 minutes to unplug the line. I would recommended bath planet/apple plumbing. Even got a thank you card yesterday saying it was a pleasure to work with us.

They called me within an hour and came out the next day. The estimate was within the price range we were expecting. They kept to their time limit and did a great job.

These folks were honest and up-front from the get-go. While the total cost was still a bit north of what I'd estimated it would be, it was just over half that of bid I received from another contractor. The work was done well, on time, and the shower looks (and works) fantastic. They were very professional and cleaned up nicely after the work was complete. Everyone involved in the tub to shower conversion was professional and courteous. I would recommend Bath Planet / Apple Plumbing.
