They also seem to have adequate staff, and the store is busy, so it's nice to be able to get help. We ordered an expensive tile and when we got it laid out realized some of the order would not work in the pattern we had hoped. "Nick was the guy that came out to give us an estimate and was exactly on time. Very professional and thorough explaining what needed to be done. He was back the next day, again right on time, which was replacing grout in shower floor and along kitchen wall where it meets tile backsplash. Turns out when the house was built 3 yrs ago the grout was never sealed which caused all the problems so nick sealed all the grout in the shower, bathroom floor, countertop etc. He did a great job matching the grout and the workmanship was done well. We are very pleased with this company."
