"I exchanged carpet for vinyl wood in my living room, dining room and the hallways. I had this done in another home I owned in Southern Idaho and expected the trim to be finished as part of the job. Instead the company that installed this floor just told me that they don't do the finish work and then nailed the old baseboard back up. The problem was that the nail holes were now all open and the baseboard sat lower because the vinyl flooring sits lower that the carpet. This left from a quarter to half inch of space above the baseboard but below where the wall paint ended. 

Jon had offered a deal of 6 hours of work for $250 on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I found him. The work was completed very professionally and now looks great instead of unfinished. I had also put plantation shutters in the windows in the same rooms. There were a couple spots on the wall that showed where the screws from the old curtain rods were. Jon finished that as well. After he had cleaned up the area where he worked he told me I had twenty minutes left and was there anything else he could do for me. WOW! How often does something like that happen?

I talked to Jon about some other things I would like to do in my home and he quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price. I will be calling him for sure when I am ready to have the work done.
