I couldn’t be more pleased with the communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. I feel I got a good price. The entire back yard was cleaned up, all old grass and weeds were raked out and removed, sprinklers repaired, top soil and sod laid, rock on both sides of the house were all completed in less than two full days. I had a problem with one of my sprinkler zones and they came back and adjusted that and while doing so found a leak in one of my sprinkler lines. That was fixed and a few pieces of sod replaced for no extra charge. The entire crew was nice and respectful. I would recommend 100%

We used sterling landscape as new owners of a home, as the previous owners have used them. We had had them blow out our sprinklers, and asked for a quote for lawn mowing, rate was 100+ per week 600 per month (outrageous) but we had them blow out the sprinklers. In this time they were not responsive or kind on the phone at all, they had never met us so who knows. Flash forward to January we get a call saying they werent paid for the sprinkler blow out, I check all my accounts and they were not paid, but a male employee took my credit card info over the phone in october, and I never heard from them again. Obviously the charge was never sent through. I never received a bill in the mail (although she says shes sending one now, January 2023). But has proceded to treat me with RUDE and unprofessional behavior, for reasons unknown to me. My mail box was full and she went KAREN on me about it. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing system, but please send bills out immediately if they are not paid instead of harassing and berating your customers. Honest mistakes happen, if a bill wasn't paid, that is YOUR responsibility to follow up with it with written documentation, not phone calls demanding payment without context. Please look into this individual, if you are the owner then SHAME ON YOU. I would NEVER recommend this OVERPRICED shotty service. Just called to speak with Dan King, the office assistant sent me to his voicemail and said he probably wont be around for a couple of weeks because he is doing training. This is our second hedge trimming from Crowley's. We're very happy with the service and "big deal" price. Keep in mind, with hedges, you will need to go through the area again and shake out the remaining debris, unless you want the wind to knock it out over time. I would rather do this myself the week after service than pay someone else to do it

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. I paid extra for them to haul away the debris because I had a lot. It was an additional $45. They were very professional. They listened to exactly what I wanted and did it. They left the place spotlessly clean. They went over and above in cleanup. I would absolutely use them again

"I am thrilled with this company. My water bill jumped 5 times what it was last year and they came right out, fixed a couple of sprinkler issues and reprogrammed my system. I couldn't be more pleased with his service! I will continue to use them to test my back flow, turn on my sprinklers in the spring and do the sprinkler blowout in the fall. We have been very pleased with the seasonal display that we are treated to. After 8 years the landscape still looks fresh and not over grown.
