"I purchased the 119 for carpet & outside windows and added on the stairs. In 2 of the rooms the carpets still have stains in them. Several windows had water spots and still look dirty. I'm not very impressed.

"Mr. Proctor is delightful tto work with. He is prompt, responsive and very thorough. I just moved into a two-story house that was covered with insect webs. Mr. Proctor washed the entire house, and it now almost sparkles. He cleaned the windows and doors, including screens, inside and out.
