"Getting a quote was easy and timely. The price was very fair. We paid by check with 1/2 down and completed check payment at completion of job. We contacted the end of April and the job completed a few weeks later. The 2 employees who showed up on time and were nice and great with communication to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted and expected. They were respectful of our and neighbor property. The 2 employees were joined by another couple of employees and the job was completed mid afternoon. They checked in about obstacles and questions to make sure we knew what would be done. Doug helped me figure out a way to gain shade without sacrificing the view. He repaired some parts of our deck that were beginning to deteriorate and put a finish on it that I'm sure will hold up under the harsh summer sun and winter snow that we anticipate. "I hired Randy & Glen to remove and rebuild a handicap ram - deck. There was a hiccup in the initial set time to start the build but a new date was set and they showed up on the day promised. They did a very quick job if dismantling the old ram - deck and started the rebuild they worked intensely all day and had the new post holes with concrete and posts in stalled and let set overnight. They worked hard and only had a little hiccup when the rain started but come up with a solution for that and worked all day. At the end the results were VERY EXCITING AND VERY STABLE which means a lot to me as I am in a power chair or scooter when out of the house. The ramp - deck WORKED EXTREMELY WELL I AM VERY VERY SATISFIED. WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN"
