    Quinn Services was a God Send! He was awesome...for once a contractor who shows up when he says he is going to! He was very reasonable and he went the extra mile. I cannot say enough about this service. The work was outstanding and he did it when he said he would and he did it quickly. His pricing is excellent and fair. I will certainly use them again. One last note, I was hesitant to use Angie's list , a few years ago before they screened so well, I had a contractor who really disappointed. Quinns Services put my faith back in them.     I love, love, love Mike, my husband gave me grief because he said he was too cheap to do a good job. Boy did my hubby eat his words. Not only did he do an amazing job on the house, driveway and windows. He made my deck look brand new again and replaced the boards on my steps and the railing, as well as installing a new fan (things that my husband was supposed to fix and never did). Lady's if you have a honey do list that never gets done call Quinn services they will do a better job than your husband anyway

    I want a professional who can and will do what he says. But, before that happens I want to be comfortable with the person that's going to spend time inside my home. Kevin's that guy. When Kevin comes to give you his painting estimate for your home you are dealing with the very same person that will actually be doing the professional paint job. Kevin uses quality paint products and doesn't cut corners. And it mattered to me that he was careful of my interior furniture and belongings and outdoor shrubs. As far as finish time, Frost Painting had the job done before the date promised. I have used Frost Painting several times and will be calling Kevin with all my future house painting needs.

    My home's exterior was in really bad shape. I was putting it on the market for sale and it needed work badly. New deck out back that needed a finish put on it. Inside was dreary and needed some brightening. Kevin was very professional and I trusted him to be there when I was at work all day. He changed the color on my exterior and WOW did it ever turn out great! He had helped suggest the colors for the house and it's trim and he was right. Stunning is all I can say. The interior colors were blah and by adding real 'color' the house just changed. I almost didn't want to sell anymore. The new colors brightened even the dark carpeting to add some life in the house. The finish on the deck sure made a difference too. No staining was added, just a waterproof finish, but it made it look like brand new. Even the dog dust didn't cling anymore. Beautiful. Kevin was, as I said, professional. Neat and clean. The weather cooperated and he was finished with it ALL in one week

Their attention to detail is awesome. They gutted my home and re did every single room. I have a brand new home now that I love. If I didn’t like something, they made sure to find or get exactly what I wanted. I’m probably considered difficult, but these guys are professionals.     Joe returned my contact within just a few hours, stopped by and gave me a bid. We scheduled the work. His 2 man crew showed up on time on the appointed date and did the work. They were polite, careful and very professional. When they came back the next day to put everything back on the deck they were several hours later than they had estimated, but this was not a problem for us. Joe contacted me a couple of days later to be sure everything went well. The work PCA did was excellent and the price was very reasonable

    I contacted Angies list to say we did not use the contractor because the bid for painting our deck was too high for my husband's taste. No problem with the contractor. He was very professional when he came to give us a bid on the work. I wrote Angie's list to say we need some painting done in another house, Perhaps, Steve could contact me with another contractor or the same one to do some painting in our rental house.     Better Days Painting has been working on our house and they're doing great work. They do excellent prep before they start the actual painting, so we're very pleased with that. They fill in all the cracks and they do everything that they need to do. They caulk. They've done several in the neighborhood and that is one of the reasons why we chose them because we knew what excellent work they do. They're a lot more expensive than the other people that we got bids from, but we just know their work and we appreciate it. They're trustworthy and it meant a lot to us. They're pricing is probably almost double then what a lot of the other painting companies are. They put so much into it than any of the other companies would. They're very responsive. With punctuality I would probably put them as a "B+" just because other things happened and so maybe they planned on being here at a certain time but other emergencies arose and so they wouldn't be here

    Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     Okay, in 2015 I had several people come out to give me bids on what to do as I am undecided. I'm a pretty particularly perfectionist guy that's hard to please. I chose Dustin in 2016 and he came and performed the whole thing with a lot of effort. Not everything is perfect in the world, neither are the employees that you get for construction wages, but Mr. Hamland made up for those slights and did an incredible job. Today i was thinking about doing some other landscaping work and thought of Dustin, then realized that I had not written a review. My apologies for a belated thumbs up.     The hinge side of the cabinet door had split off the door completely. I was hoping that a biscuit might be used to rejoin them, but the handymen who came out did not have a biscuit cutting tool. Instead he glued, and clamped the broken wood styles, and screwed two small metal braces on the backside of the door to reinforce the broken areas. The fix works fine and the repair is hidden. Not what I had hoped for, but nonetheless a reasonable alternative

    I highly recommend All Trade Construction, which I found here on Angie's List. Bob is the contractor for All Trade, and he was excellent and thorough from start to finish. He built a new detached two-car garage to match the style of our 1950s mini ranch house. He put the time in to give us an accurate estimate for his bid--i.e. like calling the plumbers who replaced our main sewer line to see if the garage project would require moving its location and thus unforeseen extra $$$. And the time he put into the estimate paid off because his bid was quite competitive compared to some of the others we received (which ranged from $20,000-$40,000 in the winter of 2019). This thoroughness of Bob's also meant that the project had few, unexpected additional costs. Once we had the contract signed and the permit ready, Bob scheduled his sub contractors promptly, and then entire garage was done within a few weeks. Basically, Bob ran a tight ship, and throughout the process he communicated what was happening and when it would happen--like deliveries or sub contractors showing up and when. He was also at the job site, practically daily, inspecting the work. Then at the end of the process, Bob cleaned up the job site himself and raked out the gravel around the concrete slab's driveway / apron to make it more tidy. One last relevant detail: after the job was complete and paid for, I painted the exterior to save costs, and in the process, I noticed a bowed stud causing a bump in the wall. I asked Bob about it, and he said that he would make sure it was fixed. I didn't have high expectations, given that his framers were so busy with summer construction season underway. But within a few weeks, Bob himself came back and fixed the bad stud.... That's the kind of work Bob did: detailed and honest. Thank you, Bob, for a great new garage

    Royce Custom Finishes did a complete and high-quality upgrade of our home in Eagle, Idaho. This company does far more than painting and finishes and excels at all of their services. A list of jobs they accomplished for us: 1) Repairs to and some replacement of cedar fencing on our 2/3 acre lot, including two full coats of stain on the entire. The fencing is now like new. 2) Replaced lighting fixtures throughout the home with modern brushed nickel fixtures of our choice and upgraded all lighting to LED. Also replaced all door hardware with brushed nickel for a consistent and uniform look throughout. 3) Gutted the garage of all old shelving/cabinets and primed, sealed and repainted the garage. They then thoroughly prepped the garage floor for a new, attractive, durable, easy-maintenance epoxy floor coating and installed rolling shelving. 4) Extensive repainting of interior of home, aiding in selection of harmonious, rich, subtle, light-reflecting colors for a beautifully updated look. 5) Repainted all fascia/gutters, front door and side windows in an attractive modern burnished brown color, again for an updated look. And again, they were very thorough on prep work. 6) Repaired floor of storage shed, painted exterior, installed solar interior motion lights. Hauled away truckloads of unwanted items. 7) Installed stainless gutter guards in all gutters on the house to protect from leaf accumulation and assure free-flowing gutters and downspouts. They were courteous, professional and extremely helpful, including numerous trips to charities or the dump for recyclables or trash. We were especially impressed with the thoroughness of their prep work on all projects and how clean the premises were kept throughout. We just can't recommend Royce Custom Finishes highly enough. They are now our go-to contractors for almost all home renovation needs
