"The owner was a hard worker and diligent when s here. He over booked himself. So he leave the job unfinished, and go to the next job . He did not returned to complete the job. Its been August, September, October 2025. The work started at the end of July. He asked for payment before He completed the job. His experienced as a carpenter was not good enough. I would not recommend that company."

"I would give 0 stars if possible. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. Two of their sales people (solicitors) showed up while I was home alone, and I said I wasn't interested. The one kept insisting we were missing shingles, although that was all resolved during our inspection when we bought the house. These two men wouldn't leave when I asked, which was very uncomfortable. The one eve took it upon himself to insult me and basically called me stupid. What kind of business shows up uninvited, harassing women, and then insults you at your own home? Update: I'd complained to the company, and it seems they contacted our home owners insurance to cancel our policy for the roof.. which is fine, so now I have to sort that out. I'd never heard of this company, employed them for any services, and they just showed up banging on my door. Then they create a headache with our home owners insurance? I'm going to see if I can locate the video footage, and I'll post it here so everyone can get a feel for this company. Not that I'd planned on using them, but now I know I never will, and I'll make sure that nobody I know ever considers them, either."

"WORST CONTRACTOR IN BOISE! Never do business with DaBella. The new manager of this DaBella franchise, Dustin Christensen, is a con artist and a compulsive liar. Tons of aggressive sales tactics, fake smiles, and a totally disingenuous company. Ever since Dustin took over, this company has gone totally downhill. He likes to talk to you alot about football to sell you the stuff, he puts on a fake smile, but he is completely fake and dishonest and once you sign the contract with this demon, he stabs you in the back. We are out of over $100,000 and have tons of broken and low quality windows because of DaBella."
