"Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience.
