"The work did not start on time and once it did took an extended period of time, with 4 workers. Another home in the neighborhood had the same thing done and they had 1 person working on the tear off and roofing and he finished before my roof was completed and they started at the same time. The roof itself was finished last summer in July and they have yet to put the fascia and soffet on the West side of my home. They also have not passed the inspection for the flashing around the chimney which they say is my responsibility but every chimney company I spoke to said that is the roofer's responsibility. I made the mistake of paying them for all of this with their verbal promise to complete everything within two weeks and that never happened."

"I needed a repair done for a damaged roof, facia and under the eve due to squirrels moving in. I could not get anyone to commit let alone call me back. Jim from Allbuilt homes contacted me, made an appt to visit the house and offers to take on the repair along with the roof work. Not only was it done above and beyond, he noticed a couple other things that he repaired that we would have maeve seen. The repair on the roof was over 30ft high on a sloped hill. His team were on time, quick and even managed to color match the wood trim and under eve damage. This is our spring and summer home and it is refreshing knowing that there is finally a contractor who keeps his word and goes above and beyond when talking care of the customer. "The guys were nice and did a great job with everything we asked. The yard was cleaned up beautifully and plants were trimmed nicely. We had a flagstone patio built with a retaining wall, it turned out great. We were pleased with the job, but some things were not totally completed.
We have called numerous times to have them come back out to finish the job, but the phone calls go unanswered, this has been going on for about 3 weeks or more. Very frustrating. Will not hire again or recommend."
